3. Einrichtung und Installation

3.1 Aufladen des Geräts

Before initial use, fully charge the Sena 10S headset. Connect the provided USB power & data cable to the headset's charging port and a USB power source. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours. The LED indicator will change color to indicate charging status.

3.2 Mounting on a Helmet

The Sena 10S can be mounted on most motorcycle helmets using the included clamp kit. Follow these general steps:

1. Lösen Sie die Schrauben auf der Rückseite des Klamp Einheit.
2. Schieben Sie denamp unit between the outer shell and the inner padding of your helmet, positioning it on the left side.
3. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben fest, um die Klammer zu sichern.amp.
4. Attach the main headset unit to the clamp.
5. Install the speakers inside the helmet, aligning them with your ears. Use the Velcro pads if necessary.
6. Connect the microphone (boom or wired) to the headset unit and position it appropriately for clear voice pickup.

4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1 Ein-/Ausschalten

• Einschalten: Halten Sie die Telefontaste und den Drehknopf 1 Sekunde lang gedrückt.
• Ausschalten: Tippen Sie gleichzeitig auf die Telefontaste und den Jog-Dial.

4.2 Lautstärkeregelung

Drehen Sie den Jog Dial im Uhrzeigersinn, um die Lautstärke zu erhöhen, und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um die Lautstärke zu verringern.

4.3 Bluetooth-Kopplung (Smartphone)

To pair your smartphone with the Sena 10S for music, GPS, and phone calls:

1. With the headset off, press and hold the Phone Button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue alternately.
2. Aktivieren Sie Bluetooth auf Ihrem Smartphone und suchen Sie nach Geräten.
3. Select 'Sena 10S' from the list of found devices.
4. If prompted, enter '0000' for the PIN.

4.4 Gegensprechanlagenkommunikation

The Sena 10S supports intercom communication with up to 4 riders. Ensure all devices are powered on and within range.

• Pairing with another Sena headset: Press and hold the Jog Dial of both units for 5 seconds until the LEDs flash red. Tap the Jog Dial on either unit to complete pairing.
• Gegensprechanlage starten/beenden: Tap the Jog Dial once to start or end a conversation with the first paired intercom friend. Tap twice for the second, and three times for the third.

4.5 Music Streaming and Phone Calls

• Musik abspielen/pausieren: Halten Sie den Jog Dial 1 Sekunde lang gedrückt.
• Anruf annehmen/beenden: Tippen Sie auf die Telefontaste.
• Sprachwahl: Halten Sie die Telefontaste 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt.

5. Wartung und Pflege

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Sena 10S headset, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Halten Sie das Gerät trocken. Feuchtigkeit kann die internen Schaltkreise beschädigen.
