4. Einrichtung
- Einlegen der Batterie:
Ensure the hedge trimmer is switched off. Align the fully charged 20V battery pack (from the Parkside X 20 V Team series) with the battery slot on the tool. Slide the battery into place until it clicks securely. To remove, press the release button and slide the battery out.
- Protective Quiver:
Before operation, carefully remove the protective quiver from the blade. Always reattach the quiver when the tool is not in use or during transport to prevent accidental injury and protect the blade.

Release either one or both parts of the two-hand safety switch. The blade will stop rapidly due to the quick blade stop feature.
- Schnitttechnik:
Hold the hedge trimmer firmly with both hands. Move the blade smoothly and evenly along the hedge. For best results, cut in a sweeping motion. Avoid forcing the blade through thick branches. The maximum recommended branch diameter for cutting is approximately 12 mm.
- Arbeitshaltung:
Maintain a stable footing and balance. Do not overreach. Always keep the power tool below shoulder height for better control.
6. Wartung
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your hedge trimmer. Always disconnect the battery before performing any maintenance.
