2. Sauber: Wash the inside of the kettle with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a damp Tuch.

Your Cuisinart PerfecTemp Kettle offers precise temperature control for optimal beverage preparation.

1. Füllen Sie den Wasserkocher: Press the 'OPEN' button on the handle to open the lid. Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water to your desired level, ensuring it is between the MIN and MAX fill lines on the water level window. Close the lid securely.

3. Temperatur auswählen: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to cycle through the preset temperatures. The LCD display will show the selected temperature and recommended beverage type:

   • 212°F (Boil/Black/Herbal)
   Alternatively, you can press the 'PROG' button to cycle through these presets directly, or 'BOIL' for 212°F.
4. Heizen starten: Press the 'START/OFF' button to begin the heating cycle. The water level window will illuminate blue, indicating the kettle is active.

7. Portion: Carefully lift the kettle from the power base and pour. The kettle can be removed from the base at any time during the heating cycle without interrupting the program. When returned to the base, it will resume heating if the target temperature has not been reached.
