2. Sicherheitshinweise

3. Einrichtung

3.1 Aufladen des Werkzeugs

The HARDELL Mini Rotary Tool is equipped with a 3.7V lithium battery and a Type-C charging port for convenient and fast charging. Ensure the tool is fully charged before first use.

• Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the tool's charging port.
• Verbinden Sie das andere Ende des Kabels mit einer geeigneten USB-Stromquelle (z. B. Netzteil, USB-Anschluss am Computer).
• Die Kontrollleuchte leuchtet grün, wenn der Akku vollständig aufgeladen ist.

3.2 Anbringen von Zubehör

Follow these steps to securely attach accessories to your rotary tool:

1. Press the spindle lock button and unscrew the nut at the front of the tool.
2. Select the appropriate collet for your accessory and insert it into the nut.
3. While holding the spindle lock button, insert the desired accessory into the collet.
4. Tighten the nut securely by hand while still pressing the spindle lock button. Do not overtighten.

3.2.1 Attaching a Sanding Band

1. Insert the sanding drum into the mandrel and tighten the screw.
2. Lösen Sie die Schraube an der Schleiftrommel.
3. Montieren Sie das Schleifband an der Trommel.
4. Press the spindle lock button and tighten the sanding drum screw with the provided wrench.

3.2.2 Attaching an HSS Cutting Disc / Sanding Paper

1. Setzen Sie den Raddorn in die Spannzange ein und ziehen Sie die Mutter fest.
2. Unscrew the wheel mandrel screw.
3. Montieren Sie den Raddorn und setzen Sie die HSS-Trennscheibe oder das Schleifpapier ein.
4. Press the spindle lock button and tighten the wheel mandrel screw with the provided wrench.

4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1 Ein-/Ausschalten

To turn the tool on or off, press the On/Off button located on the tool body. The LED indicators will light up to show the current speed setting.

4.2 Geschwindigkeitsregelung

The tool features 5 variable speed settings (5000/8000/11000/14000/18000 rpm) for different applications. Use the speed control buttons (+ and -) to adjust the rotation speed.

• Press the '+' button to increase the speed.
• Press the '-' button to decrease the speed.
• The LED indicators will show the selected speed level.

The tool has a smart speed memory function, which will remember your last speed setting when turned off and on again.

4.3 LED-Arbeitsleuchte

5. Wartung

• Reinigung: Reinigen Sie die Lüftungsöffnungen des Geräts regelmäßig, um Staubablagerungen zu vermeiden. Verwenden Sie dazu ein weiches, trockenes Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine scharfen Chemikalien oder Scheuermittel.

• Überlastschutz: The tool features overload protection. If the tool stops unexpectedly, allow it to cool down before resuming operation.
