4. Aufbau und Montage

The main body of the tool chest comes pre-assembled. Only the casters and side handle require attachment.

4.1 Anbringen der Rollen

1. Carefully lay the tool chest on its side on a soft, protective surface to avoid scratching the finish.
2. Attach the four swivel casters to the designated mounting points on the bottom of the tool chest using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure the two casters with brakes are installed on the same side (e.g., front side) for easier access.
3. Tighten all bolts securely with a wrench or socket.

1. Position the side handle on either side of the tool chest, aligning the holes on the handle brackets with the pre-drilled holes on the side panel.
2. Secure the handle using the provided bolts and washers. Tighten firmly.

4.3 Placing Drawer Liners

• Open each drawer and the bottom cabinet.
• Place the PVC liners inside each drawer and on the bottom shelf of the cabinet to protect both the tools and the cabinet's finish.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

5.1 Benutzung der Schubladen

The tool chest features three drawers with ball-bearing slides for smooth operation. To open, gently pull the handle. To close, push the drawer until it is fully seated. Avoid slamming drawers to prevent damage to the slides and contents.

5.2 Verriegelungssystem

The tool chest is equipped with a dual locking system for enhanced security:

• Drawer Locking System: A separate key lock secures all three drawers simultaneously. Insert the key into the lock on the top drawer and turn to lock or unlock.
• Cabinet Locking System: The bottom cabinet has its own key lock. Insert the key and turn to secure or open the cabinet doors.

5.3 Mobility and Braking

The tool chest is fitted with four 5x1.5 inch sturdy universal wheels, two of which include brakes.

6. Wartung
