Bedienungsanleitung
Wearing the Skates
Insert your foot into the skate, ensuring your heel is seated firmly at the back. Pull the tongue forward and center it.
Lacing for Performance
Begin lacing from the toe, pulling each section tight enough to secure the foot without restricting circulation. Pay attention to the ankle area for firm support. Double-knot the laces to prevent loosening during activity.

Wartung
