This system includes a Network Video Recorder (NVR) and four 5MP IK10 vandal-proof PoE cameras designed for wired outdoor use. 3. Installationsanleitung

3.1 Kamerainstallation

The Reolink V500 cameras are designed for easy Power over Ethernet (PoE) installation, requiring only a single network cable for both power and data transmission. The cameras feature an IK10 vandal-proof rating and IP67 waterproof rating, making them suitable for outdoor environments.

Installationstipps:

• Avoid facing the camera directly towards strong light sources to prevent overexposure.
• Position the camera to minimize direct exposure to harsh weather conditions that could obscure the lens.

Montageschritte:

1. Bereiten Sie die Montagefläche vor: Use the provided mounting template to mark the drill holes on your desired ceiling or wall location. Drill the holes accordingly.
2. Trockenbauanker einsetzen: For drywall installations, gently tap the drywall anchors into the drilled holes using a hammer.
3. Kuppelabdeckung entfernen: Use the included hex key to loosen the screws and carefully remove the dome cover from the camera base.
4. Sichere Kamerabasis: Align the camera base with the drilled holes and screw it securely to the mounting surface.
5. Linsenwinkel anpassen: Manually adjust the camera lens to achieve the desired viewing angle and coverage. The camera features a built-in rotating bracket for flexible positioning.
6. Reattach Dome Cover: Carefully place the dome cover back onto the camera base and secure it with the hex key.

3.2 NVR-Verbindung

Connect the NVR to your cameras and a display for initial setup. The PoE technology simplifies wiring by delivering power and data through a single Ethernet cable.

The system provides 5MP Quad HD video recording at 25 frames per second (fps), ensuring clear and smooth footage. The NVR includes a built-in 2TB HDD for 24/7 continuous recording, which can be expanded up to 16TB for extended storage.

4.2 Nachtsichtfähigkeiten

The cameras are equipped with both color night vision and infrared (IR) night vision. Adjustable 3000K warm lights enable vibrant color night vision, while powerful IR LEDs provide clear black-and-white vision up to 30 meters in complete darkness.

4.3 Smart AI Detection and Two-Way Talk

The system features intelligent AI detection that accurately identifies human, vehicle, and animal movements, reducing false alarms. The integrated two-way talk function allows you to communicate directly with visitors or deter intruders using the camera's built-in speaker and microphone. Siren and spotlight warnings can also be activated.

4.4 Fernzugriff

Access your camera system remotely from anywhere using the Reolink app (available on App Store and Google Play) or client software. The system supports up to 20 simultaneous users for remote viewing.

• System not working with other camera brands: The Reolink RLK8-500V4 system is designed to work exclusively with Reolink PoE cameras to ensure full functionality and stable performance. Other brands or non-Reolink models are not supported.
• Internet connection required: An internet connection is only necessary for remote access features. Local recording and viewing will function even without an internet connection.
• Camera or NVR not working properly: First, check all cable connections, ensure they are secure, and try switching to different ports on the NVR.
