1. Einleitung
This manual provides detailed instructions for the HPRT T260LR 2-Inch Bluetooth Portable Label Printer. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper operation and to maximize its lifespan. This compact thermal label printer is designed for various labeling needs in home, office, and small business environments.

2. Lieferumfang
Überprüfen Sie, ob alle Artikel im Paket vorhanden sind:
- 1 x HPRT T260LR Portable Label Printer
- 1 x Label Paper Roll (pre-installed or separate)
- 1 x USB-C-Kabel
- 1 x Benutzerhandbuch
3. Einrichtung
3.1. Ein-/Ausschalten
- To power on, press and hold the power button located on the side of the printer for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.
3.2. Etikettenpapier einlegen
- Open the printer cover by gently pulling it outward with both hands.
- Insert the label paper roll into the compartment. Ensure the print side (thermosensitive layer) faces upwards. The printer supports label widths ranging from 0.8 to 2 inches (20-50mm).
- Lift the paper guide lever and adjust the paper guide to match the width of your label paper.
- Press the lever down to lock the paper guide in place.
- Pull out a short length of paper beyond the paper outlet and close the cover. The printer will automatically feed the paper and roll it back, preparing for printing.

3.3. App-Installation & Bluetooth-Verbindung
- Download the 'HereLabel' app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS). You can also scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide or visit hm.hprt.com/en/download/?from=T21.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass Bluetooth auf Ihrem Mobiltelefon aktiviert ist.
- Open the 'HereLabel' app. Tap on the 'Not connected' option, usually found at the top of the screen.
- From the list of available Bluetooth devices, select 'HM-T260LR-XXXX' (where XXXX represents the last four digits of your printer's Bluetooth address) to connect.

4. Bedienungsanleitung
4.1. Erstellen und Anpassen von Etiketten
The 'HereLabel' app offers extensive customization options:
- Wählen Sie eine Vorlage aus: Choose from recommended templates under 'Current Consumables' or tap 'New' to start from scratch.
- Insert Elements: The app supports various elements including text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, icons, tables, lines, and shapes.
- Customize Elements: Adjust font, font size, font effects (bold, italic, underline), and element position on the label.

4.2. Etiketten drucken
Sobald Ihr Etikettendesign fertiggestellt ist:
- Review der Druck vorview in the app to ensure the layout is correct.

6. Wartung
6.1. Reinigung des Druckkopfes
Um die Druckqualität zu erhalten, reinigen Sie den Druckkopf regelmäßig:
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Drucker ausgeschaltet und von jeglicher Stromquelle getrennt ist.
- Öffnen Sie die Druckerabdeckung.
- Den Druckkopf vorsichtig mit einem Wattestäbchen abwischen.ampmit Isopropylalkohol gereinigt.
- Lassen Sie den Druckkopf vollständig trocknen, bevor Sie die Abdeckung schließen und den Drucker einschalten.
