Einrichtung und Montage

Assembly typically takes approximately 30 minutes. An electric screwdriver is recommended for ease of installation, especially for securing the sides to the bottom.

1. Bereiten Sie die Basis vor: Lay the bottom panel flat on a clean, level surface.
2. Seitenwände anbringen: Align the long side panels with the bottom panel and snap them into place. Ensure all connection points are securely engaged. The panels are designed to click together.
3. Endpaneele anbringen: Connect the shorter end panels to the assembled long sides and bottom. Press firmly until all sections click into position. This step significantly increases the box's stability.
4. Install Metal Reinforcement Channels: Slide the two metal channels into the designated grooves along the top edges of the long side panels. Ensure they are flush and secure.
5. Bereiten Sie den Deckel vor: Place the lid upside down on a stable surface. Attach the gas struts/hydraulic pistons to the designated brackets on the underside of the lid using the provided screws.
6. Attach Lid to Box: Carefully align the lid with the top of the assembled box. Secure the gas struts to the side panels of the box using the remaining screws. Ensure the lid opens and closes smoothly.
7. Install Locking Clasps: Attach the metal locking clasps to the front of the lid and the corresponding section on the box. These allow for the use of a padlock (not included) for added security.

Bedienungsanleitung
