5. Einrichtung und Installation
Before you begin, ensure you have the necessary tools: screwdriver, wire strippers, electrical tape, and safety glasses.
Schritt-für-Schritt-Installation:
- Strom ausschalten: Locate the circuit breaker that controls the power to the light fixture location and turn it off. Verify power is off using a voltage Tester.
- Montageplatte vorbereiten: Attach the mounting plate (included in hardware) to the electrical junction box in the ceiling. Ensure it is securely fastened. Note: Some older electrical boxes may require shorter mounting screws than those provided. Check for proper fit and acquire suitable screws if necessary.
- Drahtverbindungen: Carefully connect the electrical wires from the fixture to the wires in the junction box.

6. Bedienungsanleitung
Ein-/Ausschalten:
Operate the light fixture using a standard wall light switch connected to the circuit. Ensure the switch is in the 'ON' position for the light to function.
Dimmbare Funktion:
This fixture is fully dimmable. To utilize the dimming function, you must install a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately) in place of your standard wall switch. Follow the dimmer switch manufacturer's instructions for installation and operation.

7. Wartung
Reinigung:
To clean the fixture, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the matte black metal components. For the linen shade, gently dust with a soft brush or a lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes, as these can damage the finish and shade material.
Lampenwechsel:
Before replacing bulbs, turn off the power to the fixture at the circuit breaker. Allow bulbs to cool completely before touching them. Unscrew the old bulbs and screw in new E26/Medium Base bulbs, ensuring they do not exceed 60W each. Restore power after replacement.
