Important Notes & Requirements
This Baseus N1 Add-on Security Camera requires a Baseus H1 HomeStation to operate. The camera cannot function independently. The HomeStation supports connection for up to 8 cameras.
The Baseus H1 HomeStation provides 16GB of eMMC local storage, expandable up to 16TB with a user-provided hard drive. No monthly subscription fees are required for local storage.
For optimal performance, ensure your HomeStation is connected to a stable internet connection and placed within effective range of the camera.

Installationshandbuch
- Connect the H1 HomeStation: Plug your Baseus H1 HomeStation into a power outlet and connect it to your router using an Ethernet cable. The indicator light on the HomeStation will turn blue when powered on and connected.
- Download the Baseus Security App: Download the "Baseus Security" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Register your account and log in.
- Pair the H1 HomeStation: In the app, select to add a new device. Follow the on-screen prompts to pair your HomeStation. You may need to press a sync button on the HomeStation (refer to HomeStation manual for exact location).
- Pair the N1 Add-on Camera: Once the HomeStation is paired, select to add the N1 Add-on Camera within the app. Press the sync button on the N1 camera (usually on the top or back) for about 5 seconds until you hear a welcome sound or see an indicator light. Follow the app's instructions to complete the pairing process.

Installation
The N1 Add-on Camera features a wire-free design for flexible and fast setup. It can be installed anywhere with ease, both indoors and outdoors.

- Zweiwege-Audio: Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker with noise-reduction technology for real-time two-way communication with visitors or to deter intruders.
- Intelligente Bewegungserkennung: The camera features advanced AI human detection to accurately identify human figures, reducing false alarms from animals or environmental factors. You will receive instant alerts on your smartphone when suspicious activity is detected.
- Anpassbare Aktivitätszonen: Set up to 2 activity zones and 2 unwanted zones within the app to focus monitoring on specific areas and filter out irrelevant alerts.

- Laden: Recharge the camera using the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable.
- Wetterbeständigkeit: The camera has an IP67 rating, ensuring it is waterproof and can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -20℃ (-4°F) to 50℃ (122°F).

Fehlerbehebung
- Kamera verbindet sich nicht: Ensure the H1 HomeStation is properly connected to power and the internet. Verify the camera is powered on and within range of the HomeStation's Wi-Fi signal. Try resetting both the camera and HomeStation if issues persist.
- Falsche Bewegungswarnungen: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings in the app. Utilize activity zones to exclude areas where unwanted motion (e.g., pets, passing vehicles) might trigger alerts.
- Schlechte Videoqualität: Check the camera's placement to ensure there are no obstructions. Verify a strong Wi-Fi signal. Ensure the camera lens is clean.
- Batterie entlädt sich schnell: High frequency of motion events and long recording lengths can reduce battery life. Adjust motion detection settings and recording duration in the app. Ensure the camera is not in an area with constant activity.
