4.2 Stromanschluss

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich der Netzschalter auf der Rückseite in der Position AUS befindet.
2. Connect the provided power cord to the power cord socket on the rear panel.
3. Plug the other end of the power cord into a grounded AC outlet (90-120V AC).

4.3 Ausgangsanschluss

1. Connect the positive (+) lead of your load to the red output terminal.
2. Connect the negative (-) lead of your load to the black output terminal.
3. For safety and noise reduction, connect the ground lead of your load (if applicable) to the green ground terminal.

5. Grundlegende Bedienung

5.1 Ein-/Ausschalten

1. Flip the main power switch on the rear panel to the ON position. The LCD display will illuminate.

5.2 Lautstärke einstellentage und Strom

1. Drücken Sie die V Taste zur Auswahl der Lautstärketage adjustment. The voltage value on the display will become editable.
2. Drehen Sie den Einstellknopf to set the desired voltage. Press the knob to switch between digit selection for fine-tuning.
3. Drücken Sie die I button to select current adjustment. The current value on the display will become editable.
4. Drehen Sie den Einstellknopf to set the desired current limit. Press the knob to switch between digit selection.
5. Once settings are complete, press the V or I button again to exit adjustment mode.

5.3 Ausgabe aktivieren/deaktivieren

Drücken Sie die Ein / Aus button on the front panel to enable or disable the output to the terminals. When the output is enabled, the display will show the actual output voltage and current. When disabled, the output terminals are de-energized.

• Channel Output Status: Indicates if the output is ON or OFF.
• CV/CC-Modus: Shows whether the unit is operating in Constant Voltage (CV) or Constant Current (CC) mode.
• Cumulative Running Time: Tracks the total operational time.
• Actual Output Power: Displays the real-time power being delivered.

6.1 Constant Power Design

The SPE8205 features a constant power design, allowing flexible configuration of higher voltage and current within its rated 500W power range. This means you can achieve various voltage/current combinations as long as their product does not exceed 500W. For example, you can set 80V at 6.25A or 25V at 20A.

6.2 Protection Functions (OVP, OCP, OTP, Short Circuit)

The power supply incorporates multiple protection mechanisms to safeguard both the unit and the connected load:

• Sicherungswechsel: If the fuse blows, replace it only with a fuse of the same type and rating as specified on the rear panel. Ensure the unit is disconnected from power before attempting fuse replacement.

9. Fehlerbehebung
