4. Einrichtung

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your pressure washer for first use:

1. Auspacken und erste Montage: Carefully remove the pressure washer and all components from the packaging. The unit is largely pre-assembled.
2. Befestigen Sie den Griff: Secure the handle to the main unit using the provided quick-connect fasteners. No tools are typically required for this step.
3. Attach the Spray Gun Holder and Hose Rack: Install the brackets for the spray gun and high-pressure hose onto the handle. These usually attach with thumb screws.
4. Motoröl hinzufügen: Locate the oil fill cap on the engine. Using the provided oil funnel, add 10W-30 engine oil (not included) until it reaches the appropriate level on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
5. Benzin hinzufügen: Füllen Sie den Kraftstofftank mit frischem, bleifreiem Benzin. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Tankdeckel fest verschlossen ist.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

Vor der Inbetriebnahme sicherstellen, dass das Gerät auf einer ebenen Fläche steht und die Wasserzufuhr vollständig geöffnet ist.

1. Starten des Motors: Engage the choke (if applicable) and set the engine switch to the 'ON' position. Pull the recoil start handle firmly until the engine starts. Once started, gradually disengage the choke.
2. Selecting Nozzles: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle tip for your cleaning task. Push the nozzle firmly into the spray gun's quick-connect collar until it clicks into place.
• 0° (Rot): For toughest stains and concentrated cleaning. Use with extreme caution.
• 15° (Gelb): For heavy-duty cleaning on hard surfaces.
• 25° (Grün): For general washing tasks.
• 40° (Weiß): For delicate surfaces and light rinsing.
• Seife (Schwarz): Zum Auftragen von Reinigungsmittel.

3. Anwendung des Reinigungsmittels: Fill the 0.88-gallon on-board soap tank with pressure washer-safe detergent. Attach the black soap nozzle. The pressure washer will automatically mix the detergent with the water at a lower pressure.

4. Reinigungstechnik: Hold the spray gun firmly with both hands. Start spraying a few feet away from the surface and gradually move closer until the desired cleaning effect is achieved. Use sweeping motions to ensure even cleaning.

5. Herunterfahren: Release the spray gun trigger. Turn off the engine. Turn off the water supply. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system. Disconnect the hoses.

6. Wartung

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your TOOLCY pressure washer.

• Motoröl: Check the engine oil level before each use. Add 10W-30 oil as needed. Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
• Luftfilter: Regularly inspect and clean the air filter. A dirty air filter can reduce engine performance. Refer to the engine manual for specific cleaning instructions.
