Setup und Installation
Einlegen der Batterie
The device requires two AAA batteries for operation. These are included with your purchase.
- Locate the battery cover on the back of the main unit.
- Slide the cover open in the direction indicated by the 'OPEN' arrow.

- Clean the surface where the main unit and magnet will be installed. Ensure it is dry and free of dust or grease.
- Peel off the protective film from the adhesive tape on the back of both the main unit and the magnet.
- Attach the main unit to the door frame or the fixed part of the appliance.
- Attach the magnet to the moving part of the door, ensuring it aligns with the triangular mark on the main unit.
- Wichtig: The distance between the main unit and the magnet must be less than 0.98 inches (2.5 cm) when the door is closed for proper detection.

Power On/Off and Tone Selection
The device features a single switch for power and tone selection.
- Schieben Sie den Schalter auf 'CHIME' for a gentle reminder tone.
- Schieben Sie den Schalter auf 'ALARM' for a loud, piercing alert.
- Schieben Sie den Schalter auf 'AUS' to power down the device.

Setting Delay Mode
The alarm features four delay modes, allowing you to choose how long the door can remain open before an alert sounds.

Batteriewechsel
When the low battery warning sounds (5 short beeps when the door is opened), it is time to replace the batteries.
- Slide the battery cover open on the main unit.
- Entfernen Sie die alten AAA-Batterien.
- Legen Sie zwei neue AAA-Batterien unter Beachtung der richtigen Polarität ein.
- Schließen Sie die Batterieabdeckung fest.
Reinigung
To clean the device, gently wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or immerse the device in water.
Fehlerbehebung
- Kein Alarm: Ensure the device is powered on (not in 'OFF' mode). Check if the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Verify that the main unit and magnet are properly aligned and within the 0.98-inch (2.5 cm) gap.
- Alarm too quiet or too loud: Adjust the volume using the volume button on the side of the main unit.
- Fehlalarme: Re-check the alignment and gap between the main unit and the magnet. Ensure they are securely attached and not shifting.
