1. Einleitung

Thank you for choosing the Geevon Wireless Indoor Outdoor Thermometer. This device provides accurate real-time temperature and humidity readings for both indoor and up to three outdoor locations. It features a large LCD display, max/min records, comfort indicators, and customizable alerts to help you monitor your environment effectively.

2. Erste Schritte

2.1 Packungsinhalt

• 1 x Hauptanzeigeeinheit
• 3 x Fernsensoren
• 1 x USB-Netzkabel
• 1 x Bedienungsanleitung (evtl. nicht in deutscher Sprache).

2.2 Einlegen der Batterie

Batterien sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und müssen separat erworben werden.

1. Hauptanzeigeeinheit: Open the battery compartment on the back. Insert 2 x AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
2. Fernsensoren: Open the battery compartment on the back of each sensor. Insert 2 x AAA batteries into each sensor, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.

2.3 Auswahl des Sensorkanals

Each remote sensor has a channel switch (1, 2, or 3) inside its battery compartment. Before inserting batteries, select a unique channel for each sensor to avoid interference. The main display unit will automatically detect and display data from the corresponding channels.

For optimal performance and accurate readings, consider the following:

• Place sensors vertically.
• Protect sensors from direct sunlight and rain.
• Avoid placing sensors directly on the ground.
• Ensure sensors are within the 60-meter (200-foot) wireless range of the main unit.

3. Bedienung

3.1 Anzeige überview

The main display unit shows indoor temperature and humidity, along with readings from up to three remote sensors. It also indicates max/min records, comfort levels, and trend arrows.

3.2 Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitsmessungen

The display shows current temperature and humidity for each channel. Trend arrows indicate whether the temperature or humidity is rising, falling, or remaining stable.

3.3 Max/Min-Aufzeichnungen

The device records the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values over the last 24 hours. Press the 'MEM' button to cycle through current, maximum, and minimum readings.

3.4 Komfortanzeige

A face icon on the display indicates the comfort level based on current temperature and humidity:

• Trocken: Luftfeuchtigkeit < 40 %
• Komfort: 40% ≤ Humidity ≤ 70% and 20℃ ≤ Temperature ≤ 28℃
• Nass: Luftfeuchtigkeit > 70 %

3.5 Einheitenauswahl (°C/°F)

Press the '℃/℉' button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.

3.6 Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitswarnungen

You can set high and low alert values for temperature and humidity for each channel. When the readings exceed or fall below these preset values, an audible alarm will sound, and the corresponding HI AL or LO AL symbol will appear on the screen.

3.7 Hintergrundbeleuchtungsfunktion

When powered by batteries, the backlight illuminates for 7 seconds after pressing any button. When powered via the USB cable, the backlight can be set to remain continuously on or adjust brightness levels (100%, 50%, 0%).

3.8 USB Power and Charging

The main display unit can be powered by the included USB cable. It also features an additional USB output port (5V/1A) that can be used to charge small electronic devices.

4. Wartung

4.1 Batteriewechsel

Replace batteries in the main unit and sensors when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Always replace all batteries in a unit at the same time with new ones of the same type.

4.2 Reinigung

  • Verify the sensor channel switch matches the selected channel on the main unit.
  • Move the sensor closer to the main unit to check if it's out of range.
  • Avoid major metal obstructions between the sensor and the main unit.
• Ungenaue Messwerte:
  • Achten Sie darauf, dass die Sensoren keiner direkten Sonneneinstrahlung, Wärmequellen oder extremer Zugluft ausgesetzt sind.
  • Allow the units to stabilize for 15-30 minutes after initial setup or battery replacement.
• Alerts not sounding: Check that alert values are correctly set and the alert function is enabled.
