Installationshandbuch

1. Initial Charging and Battery Activation

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. This activates the battery for optimal performance.

1. Legen Sie beide Ohrhörer in das Ladeetui.
2. Verbinden Sie das Ladeetui mit dem mitgelieferten USB-C-Kabel mit einer Stromquelle.
3. If the earbuds have some charge upon arrival, use them until they shut off automatically, then fully charge them to 100%.
4. If the earbuds arrive with an empty battery, charge them to 100% before using.

2. Koppeln Sie Ihre Ohrhörer

The Nequga T21 earbuds feature rapid one-step pairing using Bluetooth 5.3 technology.

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Ohrhörer aufgeladen sind und sich im Ladecase befinden.

Reinigung

• Reinigen Sie die Ohrhörer und das Ladecase regelmäßig mit einem weichen, trockenen, fusselfreien Tuch.

Wasserbeständigkeit

The Nequga T21 earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and use in light rain. However, the charging case is not waterproof. Do not expose the charging case to water.

Fehlerbehebung

If you encounter issues with your Nequga T21 earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:

• Ohrhörer laden nicht: Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and dry. Verify the USB-C cable is properly connected and the power source is active.
• Pairing failures: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode (open the case lid). Try forgetting the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing. Ensure the earbuds are fully charged.
• Kein Ton oder geringe Lautstärke: Check the volume levels on both your connected device and the earbud/case touchscreen. Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Try re-pairing the earbuds.

• Charging case screen always on: The screen may activate with movement. Ensure it is locked or allowed to time out to conserve battery.
• Media not pausing when earbuds are removed: Some devices or apps may not automatically pause. Manually pause playback using the earbud touch controls or your device.
• Single earbud connection issues: If only one earbud connects, try placing both back in the case, closing the lid, then reopening. If the issue persists, try the "Find My Earphone" feature for the non-connecting earbud, then stop it, as this can sometimes re-establish connection.
