This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your MARS HYDRO 2025 Plant Stand with Grow Lights and Grow Tent (Model MH-PlantStand-S). This indoor plant shelf system is designed to support the growth of various plants, including vegetables, seedlings, and flowers, by providing full-spectrum LED lighting and a controlled microclimate.

4. Montageanleitung

Follow these steps for a tool-free snap-on installation. For a visual guide, please refer to the official installation video below.

4.1. Schritt 1: Montage des Grundrahmens

1. Remove the pre-installed feet from the bottom poles.
2. Install the four lockable caster wheels into the bottom of the four bottom poles. Ensure they are securely tightened.
3. Attach the plastic clips to the desired height on the bottom poles where the first wire mesh shelf will rest.

4.2. Step 2: Install the Wire Mesh Shelves

1. Slide the first wire mesh shelf onto the plastic clips on the bottom poles. Ensure it sits firmly and level.
2. Connect the middle pole connecting poles to the top of the bottom poles.
3. Repeat the process of attaching plastic clips and sliding wire mesh shelves for the remaining tiers.
4. Finally, attach the top poles with top ends to complete the frame structure.

4.3. Step 3: Install the Grow Lights

1. Attach the metal clips to the back of each light bar.
2. Use the provided plastic ties to secure the light bars to the underside of each wire mesh shelf. Position them to provide even lighting.
3. Connect the light bars using the provided connecting cables (2x 60cm for upper/lower layers, 3x 35cm for same layer connections). Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Attach the strip light waterproof cap to any unused light bar connection points.

4.4. Step 4: Secure the Waterproof Mats

1. Place a waterproof mat on top of each wire mesh shelf.
2. Secure the mats using the Velcro fastening system, ensuring the edges are raised to collect excess moisture.

4.5. Step 5: Install the Tent Cover

1. Carefully sleeve the semi-transparent tent cover down over the top of the assembled plant stand frame.
2. Ensure the tent fits snugly around the frame and the zippers align correctly for easy access.

5. Bedienungsanleitung

5.1. Grow Lights Operation

The plant stand is equipped with six 9W full-spectrum LED grow lights. These lights provide 180° wide-angle lighting suitable for all stages of plant growth, from seedlings to flowering. The lights are IP65 rated for water resistance.

To power the lights, connect the 150cm power cable to the first light bar in the series and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet. For smart control, consider using the iTime Digital Timer (sold separately).

5.2. Smart Control with iTime (Optional)

The MARS HYDRO plant stand can be integrated with an iTime Digital Timer (sold separately) for automated light schedules and cycles. This allows for precise control over lighting duration, optimizing plant growth without manual intervention.

5.3. Adjustable Shelf Height

The height of each shelf can be adjusted to accommodate plants of different sizes, from 30 cm to 180 cm. To adjust, simply reposition the plastic clips on the poles to your desired height and then place the wire mesh shelf on top.

• Integrated Leak-Proof Design: Includes specially designed drainage hole waterproof pads with a Velcro fastening system. The edges are raised 2 inches to collect and drain excess moisture, keeping the planting area dry and clean.

7. Wartung

• Cleaning the Waterproof Mats: The perforated PVC drainage mats are easy to clean and reusable. Simply remove them, rinse with water, and allow to dry completely before placing them back.
• Reinigung der Zeltplane: Wipe the exterior of the tent cover with a damp cloth. For the interior reflective surface, use a soft, dry cloth to avoid scratching.
• Rahmenreinigung: Wischen Sie den Metallrahmen mitamp cloth as needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the powder coating.
• Lichtleisten: Gently wipe the light bars with a dry cloth to remove dust. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.

8. Fehlerbehebung

• Lichter gehen nicht an:
  • Check if the power cable is securely plugged into both the light bar and the electrical outlet.
  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Verbindungskabel zwischen den Lichtleisten ordnungsgemäß angeschlossen sind.
  • Überprüfen Sie die Funktionsfähigkeit der Steckdose, indem Sie ein anderes Gerät anschließen.
• Unstable Shelf:
  • Ensure all plastic clips are correctly snapped into the pole grooves at the same height.
  • Verify the wire mesh shelf is fully seated on all four clips.
  • Check that the poles are securely connected and not loose.
• Water Leakage from Mat:
  • Ensure the waterproof mat is correctly positioned with its raised edges standing vertically.
  • Verify the Velcro fastening system is securely attached to prevent sagging.
  • Check for any tears or damage to the mat.
