About Latch manuals on Manuals.plus

Verriegeln is a full-stack smart access and building intelligence ecosystem designed to streamline property operations for modern multifamily and commercial buildings. Its product lineup encompasses smart door locks, remote-controlled readers, intercom systems, delivery scanners, and various IoT sensors designed for robust building management.

At the core of many Latch installations is the Field Station Hub, which connects local devices via a secure wireless network and bridges them to the cloud. Through the Latch Manager App, property managers and residents can conveniently configure devices, manage access credentials, and monitor environmental conditions like water leaks without needing every single device directly connected to local Wi-Fi.

Latch support FAQ

Häufig gestellte Fragen zu Handbüchern, Registrierung und Support für diese Marke.

Many Latch devices, such as the Leak Detector and certain sensors, require the Latch Field Station Hub to connect to the internet and communicate with the Latch Manager app for remote access.

  • How do I add a new device to the Latch Manager app?

Open the Latch Manager app, select 'Add Device' or tap the scanner icon. Use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code on the device, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

  • What type of Wi-Fi network does the Latch Hub require?

If using a Wi-Fi connection, the Latch Hub connects only to the 2.4 GHz band. It does not support multi-step authentication networks commonly found in hotels or airports. For optimal stability, a direct Ethernet connection is recommended.

  • What does a solid blue LED on my Latch Hub mean?
