01910 Intensiver Auslöseknopf

We are pleased that you have chosen the TRIGGin or TRIGGin intense trigger button. TRIGGin intense is 3 mm higher and therefore suitable for stronger tension, but not for use on the shin. Both TRIGGin and TRIGGin intense are placed on the trigger point using tape or bandages and ensure a positive effect on everyday mobility thanks to the selective pressure.
Read the instructions manual before using the product for the first time and keep it for future reference and other users. It is part of the product.

CONTRAINDICATIONSCONTRAINDICATIONS

• Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn in der Vergangenheit durch die Verwendung von Tapes Hautreizungen, Juckreiz, Hautrötungen oder andere Nebenwirkungen aufgetreten sind.
•  Sollten bei der Anwendung Schmerzen, Hautreizungen, allergische Reaktionen oder andere Nebenwirkungen auftreten, entfernen Sie das Produkt umgehend von der Haut! Bei anhaltenden Beschwerden suchen Sie einen Arzt auf.
• Nur auf gesunder Haut anwenden.
• Nicht anwenden an Knochenrändern, Schleimhäuten, tauben Körperstellen, im Intimbereich, am Kopf und vorderen Halsbereich, insbesondere in der Nähe der Schilddrüse.
• Wenn Sie an Diabetes oder anderen Krankheiten oder Gebrechen leiden, konsultieren Sie vor der Anwendung einen Arzt.
• In the case of fibromyalgia, rheumatic diseases or other pain syndro-mes, only use the product after consulting the doctor in charge.
• Anwendung während der Schwangerschaft nur nach Rücksprache mit dem behandelnden Arzt.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

• Verpackungsmaterial und Produkt von Babys, Kleinkindern und Tieren fernhalten. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr durch Kleinteile und Folien!
• Um Blutstauungen oder Verletzungen zu vermeiden, sollten Sie das Tape nicht kreisförmig (um den gesamten Körper herum) anbringen und keine übermäßige Spannung anwenden.

ANWENDUNG
Use Trigging and Trigging intense exclusively with the accompany-ing tape. You can reorder this online via our webWebsite www.triggin.de.
For the tape to adhere well, the skin should be clean, dry and free of grease and/or oil. Thick hair should be removed before using the tape.

1. Locate the pain point in the shoulder-neck area, shin or arm.
2. Cut off a piece of tape approx. 12 cm long and fold it in the middle.
3. Runden Sie die Ecken des Bandes ab und schneiden Sie in der Mitte ein kleines Loch hinein.
4. Den flachen oberen Teil des Auslöseknopfes vom kegelförmigen unteren Teil lösen.
5. Falten Sie das Band auseinander und stecken Sie den Stift des Oberteils von oben durch das Loch im Band.
6. On the underside of the tape, click the bottom part onto the pin.
7. Tear the tape above and below the TRIGGin. Pull the tape apart in the middle until the protective film tears. Then pull off the protective film a little.
8. Platzieren Sie den Triggerknopf direkt auf dem Schmerzpunkt und kleben Sie das Tape mit Dehnung in der Mitte auf.
9. Kleben Sie die Tapeenden ohne Dehnung auf und vermeiden Sie möglichst eine Berührung der Klebeflächen.
10. Kleben Sie ein weiteres Stück Klebeband darüber, um den Druck auf den Triggerpunkt zu erhöhen und ihn an Ort und Stelle zu halten.

Nach dem Aufbringen des Tapes mehrmals mit der Hand über das Tape streichen, um die Klebekraft zu aktivieren und einen guten Halt zu erzielen.
During the application time, only perform moderate movements and exertion and do not undergo heat treatment, e.g. to prevent the formation of tension bubbles due to sweat under the trigger button.
Remove the trigger button after approx. 12 hours, or after a maximum of 24 hours in the case of good tolerability. When using the TRIGGin intense, do not exceed 12 hours. To do this, pull off the tape in the direction of hair growth. Thoroughly clean the trigger button after each use (see below).
REINIGUNG UND LAGERUNG

• Clean the trigger button with warm soapy water and rinse with clean water. Use a disinfectant if necessary.
• Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads. These can damage the surfaces.
• Dry the trigger button with a cloth or let it air dry before storing it away.
• Store at room temperature (between 4 and 25°C) and away from sunlight, out of the reach of children and animals.
